After selection of District if your Dispensary/Hospital/College name is in the given list, wether the spelling is right or wrong please click "Select" It will display your Login Id. After Login you can update your correct Dispensary/Hospital/College name. If you are unable to find your Dispensary/Hospital/College then create.

जिला चयन के बाद यदि आपकी डिस्पेंसरी सूची में है, चाहे स्पेलिंग सही हो या गलत, तो कृपया "Select" पर क्लिक करें, यह आपकी लॉगिन आईडी प्रदर्शित करेगा। लॉगिन के बाद आप अपना सही डिस्पेंसरी नाम अपडेट कर सकते हैं। यदि आप अपनी डिस्पेंसरी नहीं ढूँढ पा रहे हैं तो डेटा भरे।
